About Me

Life coach Heidi Galli relaxing with a cup of coffee in her stylish and vibrant home

I’m Heidi,

and I help people create meaning and authenticity in their lives.

For over a decade I have worked with clients one-on-one. As a founder and owner of my own Pilates studio, my individualized work has helped my clients develop a deeper awareness of how patterns of thought and movement affect their ability to live the lives they desire. My coaching work follows a similar path: I work with people, often in periods of transition, who want to discover what it would look and feel like to live a vibrant meaningful life on their terms.

My empathy as a coach comes partly from my own experience, navigating many of life’s crossroads — career changes, helping aging parents, empty nesting, widowhood — I know personally that there can be scary and isolating periods. My clients often report that they feel powerless to make radical change on their own, and that working with me has given them new insights, confidence, tools, and a path forward. The work we do together will support you to consciously consider where you are in your life, identify what you want to achieve, and address aspects of your life that are no longer fulfilling.

I hold a B.A. from University of Denver, and M.A.s from NYU and the Monterey Institute of International Studies. Having resided abroad (France and Austria), and then spent over 25 years living and working in New York City, I am now rooted in Saratoga Springs in Upstate New York where I own and operate LAB Pilates Saratoga as well as a life coaching practice. I participate in continuing professional education, as well as supervision and mentorship under a clinical psychotherapist, to ensure the highest quality coaching.
