Coaching

Life is ripe with possibility,

but you may not be experiencing it that way. You desire for something different, more aligned with your values, but aren’t sure of how to get there.

You may be externally triggered by a divorce, career transition, becoming an empty nester, or death in the family. Perhaps you are internally triggered by a desire for greater meaning, purpose and fulfillment in your life. Whatever circumstance has led you to explore coaching, know that you are not alone.

Millions of women and men are embracing coaching as way to reevaluate and redefine their lives. When you work with me as your coach, I meet where you are in your present life and work with you on strategies to change the terms and direction, to create an authentic next chapter with newer and richer experiences.

The Details

Deciding to hire a coach may feel intimidating, but sharing your story, hopes, and challenges in a safe and accepting environment can provide a deep sense of relief. It allows you the space to create a future full of possibility and joy.

Coaching with me is an opportunity for you to embark on a journey of self-exploration with extensive one-on-one support.

  • A minimum five (5) month initial commitment is required. A free Discovery Call is available to see if the fit feels right.

Weekly sessions in person at my office in Saratoga Springs or via Zoom are 50 minutes for a total of twenty (20) consecutive sessions over the 5-month period. You are, of course, welcome to work with me longer if it feels helpful for you. In between sessions I am available via Voxer (a voice and text messaging app) for continued exploration and support.

  • $2,900 flat fee for 5 months, or $600 per month for 5 months.

FAQs

  • Coaching offers a safe space to closely examine your life. It supports you in identifying and changing aspects of your life that no longer feel right. You don’t need to know exactly why you feel at sea before seeking the support of a coach. Nor do you need to feel that you have run out of options. It’s enough to feel lost or stuck, or to simply be curious about what life could be like with more intentional choices.

  • The process of self-discovery is like peeling an onion. It takes time to work through the layers of who you are, discover who you want to become, and make meaningful advances in your life, relationships, and happiness. Most clients begin to experience sustainable change in this time frame. There are no quick fixes, no hacks to real change.

  • Consistent weekly coaching allows you time to process what was discussed in your weekly session, and it allows you time to build on your insights and keep the process moving forward. When too much time passes between sessions, it makes it more difficult to pick up where you left off and ultimately slows progress. Because momentum is key to progress, my practice is built on weekly sessions.

  • I am deeply curious about the experiences that have shaped my clients and brought them to this moment. As your coach, I create a supportive space for you to connect with yourself and openly explore what you want for the next chapter of your life, without fear or judgement. I am fully present and listen to what you say (and what you don’t). I ask questions to provoke thought and self-inquiry and to help you tap into your innate wisdom. Because coaching is a deeply personal process, I do not work from a set curriculum or one-size-fits-all approach.

How do I get started?
